Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement customized data protection and privacy programs to safeguard client information and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assess clients' existing privacy and data protection practices, identify gaps, and provide practical recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support cybersecurity engagements by developing governance frameworks, conducting risk assessments, driving compliance initiatives, and creating policies aligned with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards.
- Apply expertise in industry-recognized frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001/27002, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and HITRUST, to strengthen clients' security, privacy, and governance programs.
- Advise clients on national and international privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection laws, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Develop clear, comprehensive policies, procedures, assessment reports, and implementation roadmaps aligned with industry best practices.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage privacy incidents, data subject rights requests, and compliance workflows efficiently.




- Build and maintain robust client relationships by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective privacy and cybersecurity solutions.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to organizational policies and ethical practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Privacy Consulting or Data Privacy.
- Strong hands-on experience in:

- Data Discovery

- Data Mapping

- Privacy Risk Assessments

- Privacy implementation projects
- Good understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR, DPDPA, and other international privacy laws.
- Experience in project management, including planning, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to privacy governance frameworks and privacy management tools will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPM, CIPT, ISO/IEC 27701 Lead Implementer, or similar are desirable.
