TechFabric is an AI-native engineering company that builds governed enterprise data platforms and production-grade AI applications for mid-to-large enterprises from the data lakehouse to the live application. Founded in 2017, TechFabric is a certified technology partner with Databricks, Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud, and works with a global team of engineers across offices in the United States, the Netherlands, Ukraine, and India. This role is based out of our Hyderabad engineering division.

TechFabric is launching a structured Campus Internship Program to build a pipeline of skilled, certified Data Engineers. Selected candidates will go through a structured learning path with self guided sessions and certified on the Databricks platform, complete a paid 6-month paid internship working on live data engineering projects, and based on performance be offered a full-time role at the end of the program. This is a merit-based pathway designed for high-performing, recently graduated engineers who are serious about building a career in data engineering

Role & responsibilities (During Internship)

- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and automation scripts using Python.
- Write complex, high-performance SQL queries to transform and analyze large datasets.
- Work hands-on with Databricks and modern data lakehouse architecture, moving from theoretical knowledge to real, production-oriented application.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design scalable database schemas.
- Clean, preprocess,



and structure raw data to make it production-ready for analytics and AI/ML use cases.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduation Year: Candidates must have passed out ONLY in 2026. Graduates from 2025 or earlier years are not eligible for this program.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), B.Tech CSE Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, or B.Tech CSE Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Master of Computer Applications (MCA) specializations include Data Science and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML)
- Academic Score: Minimum CGPA of 8.0 or above (or equivalent), consistently through the degree.
- Hackathon Participation: Must have participated in at least one hackathon (college-level, inter-college, or open) during the course of the degree.
- Core Skills: Strong communication skills, solid programming fundamentals(Python), strong foundation on AI and ML, and working knowledge of database concepts (SQL, relational database design).
- Traits: Self-driven, disciplined, and willing to invest in self-paced learning to explicit an international certification exam.
