About The Role The Presales Bid Manager is a critical operational role within our presales team, responsible for managing the end-to-end solutioning process. This position requires overseeing the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals to ensure they are of high quality, compliant with client requirements, and submitted within stipulated deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent coordination skills, capable of working with diverse teams to craft compelling and accurate proposals that showcase Tiger Analytics’ strengths and align with client expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our business development efforts, directly contributing to our growth and success in competitive markets.

Qualifications Applicants should possess over 5 years of experience in bid management and presales coordination, specifically within the IT services sector focusing on Data & Analytics proposals and bids.



A solid understanding of data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies is essential.

The candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in technical documentation, editing, and formatting using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Excellent written communication skills are vital for creating clear, persuasive, and compliant proposals.

A proactive attitude towards learning and a collaborative mindset are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process, including developing bid/responsibility plans, setting internal deadlines, and managing contributor workflows to ensure timely submissions.
- Compile, format, and edit technical and business inputs into cohesive, brand-compliant proposals that effectively communicate our solutions and value proposition.
- Build and maintain a centralized repository of reusable presales assets such as past proposals, technical snippets, case studies, and bios to streamline future responses.
- Collaborate with practice SMEs, delivery teams, and other pre-sales members to align on solution approach, effort estimates, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to client specifications, internal quality standards, and compliance requirements, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.




- Monitor industry trends and maintain awareness of competitive positioning to enhance proposal quality and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback and continuous improvement suggestions to optimize the bid response process and tools.
