About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our dynamic team on an hourly contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your extensive cybersecurity expertise in the context of advanced AI evaluation projects. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing realistic security scenarios, creating reference security solutions, and evaluating AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet rigorous security standards.

Your work will directly influence the development of next-generation AI systems by providing critical insights into security vulnerabilities and best practices. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a global team of innovators dedicated to shaping the future of AI and cybersecurity.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in cybersecurity-related roles, including security engineering, security operations, incident response,



risk management, or security leadership. You should have a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIS2, with practical experience applying these standards. Familiarity with security tools like Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Qualys, and GRC platforms is essential.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence. Excellent analytical skills, risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include developing enterprise cybersecurity scenarios based on real-world security operations, threat detection, and risk management workflows. You will create detailed reference incident reports, security assessments, architecture designs, and compliance documentation to support project objectives. A key aspect of this role involves evaluating AI-generated cybersecurity outputs for accuracy, reasoning, and adherence to security standards, ensuring the outputs are reliable and technically sound.

You will design grading rubrics that assess professional-level cybersecurity judgment and decision-making, providing valuable feedback for AI system improvements. Additionally,



you will apply cybersecurity methodologies such as threat modeling, incident response planning, vulnerability management, and risk assessment to enhance the robustness of security scenarios. Collaboration with project teams to maintain consistency, quality, and technical rigor across all deliverables is essential to achieving project goals.

Benefits

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $80 to $90 per hour, with weekly payments to ensure prompt remuneration.
