We are looking for a Cyber & Social Media Expert to join our IT & Media Team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of social media platforms, Meta tools, VPNs, account security, WhatsApp and digital technologies.

The role will involve managing and troubleshooting social media accounts, handling platform-related issues, maintaining account security and supporting the team with digital tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Handle Meta Business Suite, Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager and related Meta tools.
- Troubleshoot account restrictions, strikes, disabled accounts and other platform-related issues through official recovery and appeal processes.
- Maintain proper account security, access management, authentication and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Manage and troubleshoot VPN-related requirements, connectivity issues and different digital access setups.
- Support the IT & Media Team with social media tools, automation platforms and AI-based tools for digital work.
- Monitor platform updates, security issues and technical problems and provide practical solutions to the team.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite/Business Manager and WhatsApp.
- Good understanding of VPNs, internet connectivity, account security and basic cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of social media account recovery, appeals, restrictions, strikes and platform troubleshooting.




- Good understanding of YouTube and other major digital/social media platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation tools and other digital productivity platforms.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and platform-related issues independently.
- 3+ years of relevant practical experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in social media management, digital operations, IT support or cybersecurity-related work will be an advantage.

What We Offer This is a technical and hands-on role within our IT & Media Team. The candidate will work across social media platforms, digital tools, account security and technical troubleshooting rather than performing repetitive tasks.

You will get the opportunity to work with Meta platforms, social media operations, VPNs, AI tools, account management and digital technologies.

The workload will be project-based and task-oriented, with proper coordination and clear requirements from the team.

We are looking for someone who is technically confident, solution-oriented, up to date with digital platforms and comfortable troubleshooting problems independently.
