About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team on an hourly contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with flexible scheduling, contributing significantly to advanced AI evaluation projects. The successful candidate will apply enterprise-level cybersecurity expertise to design realistic security scenarios, develop reference solutions, and critically assess AI-generated outputs related to cybersecurity tasks.

This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about cybersecurity, AI, and innovative problem-solving, seeking to make a tangible impact in the development of next-generation AI systems. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the technical accuracy, compliance, and robustness of security assessments and AI evaluations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields such as security engineering, operations, incident response, risk management,



or security leadership. Strong familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIS2 is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with security tools like Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Qualys, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.

Excellent analytical skills, risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly are critical.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent credentials are highly preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities include developing enterprise cybersecurity scenarios that mirror real-world security operations, threat detection processes, and risk management workflows. The candidate will create detailed reference incident reports, security assessments, architecture designs, and compliance documentation to support project objectives. A key aspect of the role involves evaluating AI-generated cybersecurity outputs to ensure accuracy, logical reasoning, adherence to compliance standards, and overall technical quality.

Designing grading rubrics that accurately measure skilled cybersecurity judgment and decision-making will be essential.



The candidate will also apply core cybersecurity methodologies such as threat modeling, incident response planning, vulnerability management, and risk assessment. Collaboration with project teams to maintain consistency, high quality, and technical rigor across all deliverables is vital for success in this role.

Benefits

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $80 to $90 per hour, with weekly payments to ensure timely remuneration.
