Responsibilities
- Being available to customers via Call/Whatsapp/Chat/Email from 10 to 7.
- Understanding the business and products we offer and taking utmost care of representing the business to clients.
- Handling queries of different platforms like our website, Amazon, etc
- Taking care and co-ordinating with courier companies for getting shipments delivered on time
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative thinking skills
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Provide technical support on products to customers
- Answer and communicate via the phone with professionalism
- Communicate clearly and concisely via email
