✅ Support customers across their full lifecycle

✅ Migrate data from other platforms

✅ Conduct onboarding & training (via Zoom/Anydesk/Onsite)

✅ Resolve queries with empathy and tech-savviness

✅ Work with Google Sheets, Excel, and web apps

✅ Be the bridge between customers and our technical team
