Salary CTC: ₹23,000 per month Take Home: ₹22,500 per month Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions. Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Follow the defined process guidelines and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions when required. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team. Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.
