MNC BPO is hiring Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales Executives for its Tech CS process in Jaipur.

The role involves handling customer queries through Voice, Chat & Email, providing basic technical troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and driving upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Salary

- 11.5 Years: 42,000/month package
- 1.52 Years: 44,000/month package
- 2+ Years: 46,000/month package

Package: CTC + PLI + Statutory Bonus

Eligibility

- Graduation mandatory
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales / International BPO
- International BPO experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong customer handling and sales skills

Key Responsibilities
