Role Description The Customer Service Sales Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting prospective and existing clients through the business setup and company formation process in Dubai. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat; explaining PictorCorp’s services; and providing clear, accurate information on procedures, timelines, and requirements.

The role involves qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, and guiding clients toward suitable service packages while maintaining a consultative, non-pressuring sales approach. The representative will prepare basic proposals and follow up on leads, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Consistent communication, proactive issue resolution,



and a focus on meeting client expectations are core to this position.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client support skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
- Sales and lead qualification abilities, with experience in consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in using CRM or customer management tools, and comfort working with digital communication platforms.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and tasks in a remote environment.
- Ability to understand and explain service offerings, processes, and basic business setup concepts in a straightforward manner.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication; additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination; experience with international business or company formation services is a plus.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and a skilled workspace.
- High level of professionalism, resilience, and problem-solving skills when managing client concerns or complex inquiries.
- Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
