Job Role: Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:-

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate should possess good English communication skills and be comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation.
- Positive English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates should be between 18 and 32 years of age.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Work Schedule:-

- Working hours: 9 hours per day.
- Shift timings: Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Working days: 6 days a week.
- Weekly off: 1 rotational off.

Salary:-

- Experienced candidates: Up to 14,000 per month.
- Freshers: Up to 12,000 per month.

Interview Process:- The selection process consists of three rounds:

1. HR Round
2. Operations Round
3. Client Round
