We are looking for a Customer Service Executive – Sea Imports to join our growing team.
? Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sea Import Customer Service
- US Import experience is preferred
- Candidates must have experience in Freight Forwarding
- ❌ Profiles from Shipping Lines will not be considered
- Willingness to work in the US Shift is mandatory
- CargoWise experience is not mandatory but will be an added advantage
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills
