: We are actively hiring a dynamic Customer Support Executive to manage a blended process involving email, voice, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and accurately while maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly via email and voice channels.
- Provide complete and accurate information regarding company products, services, and processes.
- Achieve performance metrics including turnaround time (TAT), first contact resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM tool for future reference.




- Identify complex issues and escalate them to higher-level teams to ensure timely follow-up and closure.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: High school diploma (12th Pass) or Graduate degree.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, featuring strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or email management systems.
- Behavioral Traits: Calm under pressure, highly organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
