The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally. Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and queries. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.



Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction. Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues. RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.

Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace. Positive listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
