Your role includes continuous collaboration with stakeholders to refine and enhance application features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the business environment. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation to support evolving business demands through customized software development.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards within the team to maintain high-quality software solutions.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Experience in configuring and managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM environments.
- Strong knowledge of Workday security architecture and its integration with business processes.
- Ability to analyze security requirements and design appropriate security models to safeguard sensitive data.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting security-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security policies and compliance standards.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
