As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software components. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that the solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
Problem-solving and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and quality in software delivery. He / She should manage App/Web product management. Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming to streamline development cycles with the team.
Create and prioritize a product backlog and continuously refine it based on customer feedback and changing business needs. Drive requirement gathering and collaborate on UI/UX design preparation. Perform UAT to validate new features and functionalities.
Represent HMA SPA teams during business meetings.
Manage
Web &App; release management.
Manage iOS and Android app store reviews and ratings in the app stores. Address customer concerns and feedback prioritizing low-rated reviews. Roles & Responsibilities:
