Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Architect to lead enterprise OpenShift platform architecture, assessment, design, implementation, and advisory engagements across on-premises, hybrid-cloud, and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead OpenShift architecture and design discussions, customer workshops, assessments, and advisory engagements.

Define HLD/LLD, target architecture, cluster design, sizing, networking, storage, security, HA/DR, and operational architecture.

Drive OpenShift Day-0, Day-1 and Day-2 architecture, including installation, upgrades, monitoring, backup, DR, capacity, and lifecycle management.

Design automation using Ansible, GitOps, APIs, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Architect RHACM, RHACS, OpenShift Service Mesh, and OpenShift Virtualization solutions.

Design and support air-gapped/disconnected OpenShift environments.

Translate security, regulatory, compliance,



and enterprise standards into platform architecture and controls.

Conduct technology assessments, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and develop transformation roadmaps.

Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, review designs, and resolve complex platform challenges.

Evaluate and adopt GenAI/agentic AI for OpenShift assessment, automation, operations, troubleshooting, and migration use cases.

Required Skills

Strong enterprise experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Expertise in OpenShift architecture, networking, storage, security, HA/DR, installation, upgrades, and Day-2 operations.

Hands-on/architecture experience with RHACM, RHACS, Service Mesh, and OpenShift Virtualization.

Experience with air-gapped/disconnected environments.

Robust knowledge of Ansible, GitOps, CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Strong assessment, consulting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
