Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary:

As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing and validation. You will be responsible for test planning, test execution, defect management, test automation, and continuous quality improvement, while working closely with development, product, and engineering teams. Roles & Responsibilities:

-Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.

-Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and exploratory testing.

-Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.

-Perform defect analysis and collaborate with developers for resolution.

-Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.

-Participate in requirements and design reviews to identify potential quality issues early.

-Perform API and database testing as required.

-Support release validation and ensure software meets defined quality criteria.

-Prepare test reports, execution summaries, and quality metrics.

-Contribute to improving test processes, automation coverage, and overall QA practices.





-Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint activities. Professional & Technical Skills:

-3+ years of experience in Software QA, Testing, or Validation.

-Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and testing methodologies.

-Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing.

-Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar.

-Good knowledge of Python or another scripting/programming language.

-Experience with API testing using Postman, REST APIs, or similar tools.

-Good understanding of SQL and database testing.

-Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar test management tools.

-Good knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

-Automotive/Embedded/ADAS testing experience is an added advantage.

-Knowledge of CAN, CANoe/CANalyzer, ECU testing, ASPICE, or ISO 26262 is preferred for automotive projects.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

-Good communication and collaboration skills.

-Strong debugging and root-cause analysis capabilities.

-Ability to work independently and take ownership of QA activities.

-Proactive approach toward risk identification and quality improvement.

Additional Information: -Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

-ISTQB certification is an added advantage.
