Job Title: CT-ICU Nurse

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate CT-ICU Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit. The candidate will be responsible for continuous patient monitoring, assisting in the management of post-operative and critically ill cardiac and thoracic patients, and ensuring safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill cardiac and thoracic patients
- Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythm, oxygen saturation, and other clinical parameters
- Provide post-operative care for patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic procedures
- Monitor patients on ventilators and other critical care equipment
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions
- Monitor and manage invasive lines, drains, catheters, and other medical devices
- Identify and promptly report changes in patients' clinical condition
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient charts, medication records, and ICU documentation
- Follow infection prevention, medication safety, and critical care protocols
- Assist with patient positioning, hygiene, nutrition,



and other essential nursing care
- Educate and communicate with patients' attendants regarding patient care as appropriate
- Coordinate with doctors, respiratory therapists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure proper handling and availability of emergency equipment and ICU supplies
- Participate in emergency response and resuscitation procedures when required

Qualifications:

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Positive knowledge of critical care and cardiothoracic nursing procedures
- Basic knowledge of ventilator management and emergency care

Experience:

- 0–3 years preferred
- Experience in CT-ICU, Cardiac ICU, Surgical ICU, or Critical Care preferred

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and qualification)
