About the Role

We are looking for a confident, ambitious, energetic, and highly organised CRM professional with proven hands-on experience in managing CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or other enterprise CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong CRM knowledge combined with experience in Sales Coordination, MIS, reporting, data management, and team coordination. You should be comfortable working with data, preparing reports, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain CRM systems, including Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete data entry and CRM record management.
- Monitor and maintain sales pipelines, leads, opportunities, customer information, and activity records.
- Generate regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Analyse CRM and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Support management with accurate data analysis and business insights.
- Prepare professional presentations and management reports.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy,



confidentiality, and reporting.
- Assist in improving CRM processes, reporting systems, and operational workflows.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM Management, Sales Coordination, MIS, or a similar role.
- Proven hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or another enterprise CRM system.
- Detailed understanding of CRM processes, data management, sales pipelines, and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Confident, energetic, ambitious, and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday on UK-aligned shift timings.
