About the Role

We are looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, RingCentral, and Zapier.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing these platforms, building automations, maintaining integrations, troubleshooting issues, and improving our overall CRM and communication processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM including workflows, pipelines, properties, lead management, and automation.
- Manage and configure Salesforce CRM and support CRM processes and data management.
- Manage RingCentral including calling, SMS, call queues, IVR, and CRM integrations.
- Build and maintain Zapier automations between HubSpot, Salesforce, RingCentral, and other business applications.
- Create automated workflows for lead assignment, notifications, follow-ups, task creation, and customer communication.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of information between different platforms.
- Troubleshoot CRM, RingCentral, Zapier, and integration-related issues.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and implement automation solutions.
- Assist with CRM data migration, cleanup, field mapping, and organization.




- Maintain documentation for important workflows, integrations, and CRM processes.

Required Skills Mandatory hands-on experience with:

- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- RingCentral
- Zapier

Additionally:
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows and automation.
- Experience working with CRM integrations.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automated workflows.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who has actually worked inside these four platforms, not someone who has only basic familiarity with them. You should be comfortable connecting systems, creating workflows, troubleshooting automation failures, managing CRM data, and improving business processes.

Strong practical experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, RingCentral, and Zapier is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and practical knowledge.
