We’re looking for someone with real D2C performance marketing experience .
Not generic social media strategy.
Not brand campaigns.
Not content calendars.
You should have worked closely with Meta Ads at meaningful spend , where creative performance directly impacted CAC, ROAS and scale.
What we need
- Experience working with D2C / e-commerce brands running Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of performance creatives, hooks, angles, offers and customer psychology
- Experience analysing creative performance using metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA/CAC, CVR and ROAS
- Ability to identify why an ad worked — and turn that learning into the next 10 iterations
- Experience briefing editors, UGC creators and designers
- Solid direct-response copywriting instincts
- Comfortable researching competitors, Meta Ad Library, reviews, comments and customer pain points
- Experience building structured creative testing pipelines
Most importantly
You should have worked on accounts spending serious money on Meta .

What you’ll do
You’ll work inside a product pod alongside product launchers and editors.
Your job is to
Research → Find angles → Write concepts → Brief creatives → Launch tests → Read data → Iterate winners → Find the next winner
We launch and test aggressively, so speed and volume matter.
Experience in high-growth D2C brands, performance marketing agencies, e-commerce aggregators or large-spend Meta accounts is strongly preferred.
