Role Description The Creative Visualizer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam, responsible for shaping the visual identity and customer experience across Sylcon’s retail formats. This role involves conceptualizing and designing visual themes for in-store displays, brand campaigns, promotional materials, and digital touchpoints.

The Creative

Visualizer will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and store operations teams to translate brand strategy into engaging visuals that enhance footfall and customer engagement. Daily tasks include developing mood boards, reviewing design briefs, coordinating with external vendors or agencies, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.



The role also requires monitoring the performance of visual campaigns and iterating concepts based on customer feedback and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in visual ideation and concept development, including storyboarding, mood boarding, and creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent graphic design and layout software.
- Experience in retail visual merchandising, brand communication, or customer experience design within fashion, lifestyle, or related sectors.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in color, typography, layout, and spatial design, with an understanding of how visuals influence customer behavior.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present concepts, justify design decisions, and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ernakulam and occasionally visit showrooms or outlets for implementation and review of visual concepts.
