We are expanding our clinical team and are looking for motivated psychology professionals interested in developing their careers within a structured, performance-oriented mental healthcare environment.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Junior Psychologist to become part of our online clinical services team.

This opportunity is particularly suited to early-career psychologists and fresh graduates who want meaningful clinical exposure, regular career development, supervision from experienced psychologists, and experience working within a technology-integrated mental health system.

Key Areas of WorkClinical Assistance

- Support psychological screening and assessment processes
- Assist senior psychologists with structured therapeutic programs
- Conduct scheduled client follow-ups
- Track psychological and behavioral progress
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records

Client Support & Engagement
- Communicate with clients through chat, voice, and video
- Provide appropriate basic psychological support under professional supervision
- Encourage adherence to assigned psychological activities and interventions
- Maintain consistent and professional client communication
- Contribute toward a positive client experience

Structured Program Delivery




- Assist with MindAlgo's structured one-month psychological programs
- Guide clients with activities such as journaling, thought monitoring, and assigned intervention exercises
- Observe engagement and progress throughout the program
- Record and communicate relevant progress indicators to the clinical team

Clinical Operations
- Work closely with senior psychologists and the operations team
- Coordinate different stages of client care
- Follow established clinical workflows and protocols
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience
- Support smooth execution of online psychological services

Professional Development
- Participate in internal learning sessions and case discussions
- Receive exposure to behavioral and structured therapeutic approaches
- Develop understanding of neuroscience-informed approaches and emerging psychological technologies
- Continuously strengthen clinical, interpersonal, and communication competencies

Who Can Apply?

Candidates should have

- Bachelor's or Master's qualification in Psychology — BSc, MSc, MPhil, PsyD, Clinical Psychology, or relevant psychology qualification
- Strong interest in clinical psychology and psychological care
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities
- English communication proficiency
- Malayalam proficiency is preferred
- Basic understanding of anxiety, depression, counselling principles, and human behaviour
