Key Responsibilities:
- Handle BOQ, estimation, commercial costing, and tendering for interior projects.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and pricing.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender documents.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial interior projects mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, costing, and tendering.
- Good command of Excel and AutoCAD.
