- Issue materials and manage contracts for the CMP,
- Monitor performance of utility equipment against defined SLAs,
- Ensure uptime of utility equipment and network facilities,
- Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment,
- Coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution,
- Track corrective and preventive maintenance of utility equipment,
- Monitor utility alarms and ensure closure of the same,
- Track consumption per hour of utility equipment,
- Ensure implementation of quality, health, safety, workplace and,fire policies
