Copy Lead – Beauty & Lifestyle /n Location: Mumbai /n Experience: 4+ years /n Department: Creative /n About the Role /n We're looking for a Copy Lead who knows how to turn beauty, lifestyle, culture, and consumer insights into ideas people want to talk about. /n You'll be responsible for shaping the brand voice, leading creative thinking, and developing campaigns across digital, social, and integrated platforms. You should be equally comfortable writing a sharp one-liner, building a campaign thought, or presenting a big idea to a client. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead the copy and creative direction for beauty and lifestyle brands.

/n

- Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, digital-first communication, social content, and brand narratives.

/n

- Own the tone of voice and storytelling across platforms.

/n

- Translate consumer, cultural, and beauty trends into relevant and impactful communication.

/n

- Work closely with Art Directors, Designers, Social Media, Strategy, and Account teams to develop integrated campaigns.

/n

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level copywriters.

/n

- Review and refine copy to ensure it is strategically relevant, creatively solid, and grammatically sound.

/n





- Present ideas and creative concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.

/n

- Stay updated on emerging trends across beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, pop culture, and social media.

/n

- Take ownership of multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

/n /n What We're Looking For /n /n

- 4+ years of experience in copywriting/creative, preferably with experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands.

/n

- Strong conceptual and storytelling abilities.

/n

- Excellent command of English and a sharp understanding of language, tone, and culture.

/n

- Experience in developing 360° campaigns and digital-first ideas.

/n

- Strong understanding of social media and what makes content culturally relevant and shareable.

/n

- Ability to think beyond just copy and contribute to the overall creative idea.

/n

- Robust presentation and client-facing skills.

/n

- Prior experience mentoring or leading a team of creatives is preferred.

/n

- A portfolio that demonstrates campaign thinking, strong writing, and creative problem-solving.
