About the Role
We are looking for customer-focused and energetic professionals to join our International Voice Support team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions through calls and emails, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to services, vehicle pick-up, payments, and other support requests.
- Respond to customer emails accurately and within defined timelines.
- Deliver effective solutions while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Follow established communication, quality, and compliance standards.
- Maintain productivity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service and performance goals.
