Role Description The Coordinator–HEMM (Hywa, JCB, Excavator, Loader,Hydra etc) and Fuel Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role coordinates daily maintenance activities for Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM), industrial vehicles, and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization, safety, and minimal downtime. The coordinator oversees preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, monitors fuel consumption, manages fuel inventory, and ensures accurate documentation of fuel usage and equipment performance.

Responsibilities include liaising with maintenance teams, vendors, and site managers, tracking spare parts requirements, supporting compliance with safety and environmental standards, and preparing regular reports on maintenance KPIs and fuel efficiency.



The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and cost control.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of HEMM, industrial vehicles, and equipment maintenance practices, including preventive and corrective maintenance coordination.
- Experience in fuel management, including fuel planning, monitoring consumption, inventory control, and basic understanding of fuel cost optimization.
- Proficiency in using maintenance logs, spreadsheets, or maintenance management software for tracking equipment status, work orders, and reporting.
- Understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards related to mining operations, industrial vehicles, fuel storage, and handling.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with technicians, operators, vendors, and site leadership across multiple locations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in mining, material handling, or heavy equipment operations will be an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital reporting tools.
- Willingness to work in on-site industrial environments and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
