About the Role JA Foods is building its own premium, D2C food brand, marking our expansion into the premium dry fruits category with innovative packaging. As part of this new project, we're looking for a Content Designer & Writer to help shape our brand's voice and visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience with a strong foundation in both creative writing and design, and has worked on FMCG food and D2C brand projects. This role is perfect for someone who is social media savvy, stays on top of trends, and can translate them into fresh, engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and design engaging content for social media platforms, aligned with brand tone and premium positioning
- Write clear, creative, and compelling copy across social media, campaigns, packaging, and marketing collateral
- Design visual content (posts, reels, stories, banners) that's on-trend and platform-appropriate
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and content styles, and proactively bring fresh ideas to the table




- Collaborate with the marketing and brand team to plan and execute content calendars
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content
- Monitor content performance and engagement, adapting content strategy based on insights

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in content writing and design, preferably with FMCG food and/or D2C brand projects
- Strong creative writing skills with fluency and command over English vocabulary and grammar
- Hands-on design skills (proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing social media content
- Social media savvy; up to date with current trends, formats, and platform best practices
- Robust sense of visual aesthetics and brand storytelling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content pieces/deadlines simultaneously
