Content Creator – Noida

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

IIM SKILLS is looking for a creative and confident Content Creator to join our team at Noida Sector 2. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media content, short-form videos and current digital trends.

The candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera, developing creative ideas and converting concepts into engaging Reels and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
- Develop creative concepts, content ideas, hooks and scripts.
- Create and present on-camera content with confidence.
- Handle basic shooting and content production.
- Edit short-form videos or coordinate with the editing team for content production.
- Stay updated with current Instagram, YouTube and social media trends.
- Experiment with different content formats to improve engagement.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand, communication and objectives.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Content, Reels or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.




- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends.

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- Radio / RJ
- Anchoring / Hosting
- Video Presentation
- Voice-over
- Social Media Content Creation
- Short-form Video Content

Freshers with strong communication skills, valuable on-camera presence and relevant content samples may also apply.

Portfolio

Candidates are encouraged to share their Instagram, YouTube channel, portfolio or previous content samples along with their CV.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and content quality.

Immediate joiners and candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
