/n /n Role Overview /n We are looking for a creative Content Producer who can create engaging devotional content for Lokmat Bhakti . The ideal candidate should understand audience behaviour, social media trends, and digital storytelling while creating high-performing Marathi content. /n Experience: 2–4 Years /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Research topics related to spirituality, mythology, astrology, festivals, and devotional lifestyle.

- Develop original content ideas and scripts for Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos.

/n

- Coordinate with editors, designers, anchors, and voice artists.

/n

- Plan and execute the content calendar.

/n

- Monitor content performance and continuously improve future content.

/n

- Maintain consistency in quality and brand communication.

/n /n Skills Required /n /n

- Excellent Marathi writing and storytelling skills.

/n

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook video content.

- Passion for creating engaging digital content.
