Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer with expertise in ReactJS to design and develop contemporary, responsive, and scalable management portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intuitive user experiences, implementing role-based workflows, integrating with enterprise APIs, and ensuring the portal meets performance, accessibility, and security standards.

This role will play a critical part in developing a ReactJS Management Portal that supports content management, workflow approvals, AI-powered search capabilities, analytics, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Front-End Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using ReactJS.
- Build reusable UI components and front-end frameworks for consistent user experiences.
- Develop responsive interfaces that function seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Implement scalable front-end architectures and component libraries.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver modern and intuitive user interfaces.
- Management Portal Development
- Develop management dashboards and administrative interfaces.

Authors, Approvers, and Administrators.

- The Knowledge Management initiative references Reader, Author, and Approver workflows delivered through a React-based management portal.

API Integration
- Integrate React applications with Spring Boot REST APIs.
- Consume and manage backend services securely.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Handle API state management, caching, and error handling.
- Optimize client-server communication for performance and scalability.
- Enterprise architecture documentation references React front ends interacting with Java Spring Boot APIs and PostgreSQL-backed services.

User Experience Accessibility
- Ensure applications adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Create intuitive navigation patterns and modern user experiences.
- Improve application usability through continuous enhancements.
- Conduct UI performance tuning and optimization.

Security Compliance
- Implement secure authentication flows including SSO, OAuth, and JWT-based access.
- Build UI controls supporting RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).




- Ensure compliance with organizational security and privacy standards.
- Secure client-side interaction with enterprise APIs.

Performance Optimization
- Optimize page load times and user interactions.
- Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and client-side caching techniques.
- Improve application scalability and responsiveness.
- Monitor front-end performance metrics and user experience indicators.

- Develop unit and integration tests for front-end components.
- Support automated testing and CI/CD deployments.

Required Qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in front-end application development.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on ReactJS development experience.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
