Essential Education Qualification :- M. Tech/ M. Sc/ MS or equivalent post- graduation degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.

Essential work experience :- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of water resources

Desirable experience :-

- A doctorate in the field of Water Resources or Post graduation in any stream related to water resource management.
- Experience in teaching or training.
- Robust communication skills, both oral and written, in English & Hindi.
- Working knowledge of computers and common software packages such as MS Word, PPT, excel, etc.
- Working knowledge of GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS etc.) & other modelling tools and software.
- Knowledge on mathematical and hydrologic modelling
- Proficient in the use of distance learning tools and conferencing equipment.




- Knowledge of current research and trends in technology education including video conferencing and online education.
- Strong organizational and program development skills.
- Analytical and presentation skills with the ability to create wellresearched monographs on the given topic.
- Coordination skills in the training and capacity-building field. Persons having relevant & desirable experience would be given preference.

Upper Age Limit :- 50

Consolidated Salary :- Up to 12 LPA to 12.5 LPA

Place of posting :- Pune

Brief Duties :-The Consultants engaged through the service provider at NWA would be working primarily as Faculty & Program Coordinators. They would plan & design the program; identify & coordinate with the guest faculty; get the course material; compile the course material; and generally, conduct the program on a day- to-day basis. They will also be required to deliver lectures on their respective topics of specialization in the programs of NWA as per requirement and conduct all required pedagogical activities.

They will also develop the training material and DL Modules. Any other need-based tasks will be assigned by the Head of the Academy.
