- Experienced candidates preferred
- Candidates with hands-on OT and ICU experience will be given preference
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct pre-operative anaesthesia assessment and evaluate patients for surgical fitness
- Administer general, regional and appropriate anaesthesia techniques
- Provide anaesthesia support for elective and emergency surgical procedures
- Monitor patients throughout surgery and ensure secure peri-operative management
- Manage airway, intubation and difficult airway situations as per expertise
- Provide post-operative pain management and recovery care
- Provide anaesthesia support for emergency surgeries
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU in coordination with the treating team
- Assist in ventilator management and hemodynamic stabilization as required
- Respond to ICU and hospital emergencies and participate in resuscitation
- Coordinate with surgeons, intensivists, physicians, OT staff and nursing teams
- Maintain accurate anaesthesia charts, patient records and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety and hospital protocols
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong expertise in Anaesthesia and peri-operative care
- Good airway management and emergency response skills
- ICU and critical care experience preferred
- Good knowledge of ventilator and hemodynamic management
- Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork abilities
- Professional, ethical and patient-centric approach
