Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Computer Vision / AI Image Processing Developer to design and develop intelligent vision systems for industrial plants. The candidate will build AI models capable of detecting, identifying, classifying, tracking, and counting plant equipment, vehicles, workers, safety gear, and production activities using CCTV/IP cameras and edge AI devices.

Responsibilities

- Develop AI-based object detection and recognition solutions using CCTV/IP cameras.
- Detect and identify:
- Vehicles (Dumpers, Excavators, Loaders, Trucks)
- Conveyor belts
- Crushers
- Workers
- PPE (Helmet, Safety Vest, Shoes)
- Unauthorized persons
- Plant assets and machinery
- Develop real-time video analytics solutions.
- Implement object tracking across multiple cameras.
- Count vehicles and production materials.
- Detect safety violations.
- Develop anomaly detection models.
- Integrate AI models with ASP.NET Core APIs.
- Optimize models for Edge Devices (NVIDIA Jetson, Intel OpenVINO).
- Improve model accuracy under varying lighting and weather conditions.
- Deploy AI models on Windows/Linux servers.

- Experience with Edge AI deployment.
