Job Summary:

To support the Compliance Manager in managing DoT, TRAI and other telecom regulatory compliance activities , including data preparation, documentation, reporting, coordination and follow-up with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Compliance Manager in DoT, TRAI and telecom regulatory compliance activities .
- Collect, compile and validate regulatory data and information from various departments.
- Prepare and maintain DoT/TRAI compliance reports, trackers, statements and supporting documents .
- Coordinate with internal teams such as NOC, Network, Customer Care, IT, Finance and other stakeholders for required compliance data.
- Review regulatory requirements and identify the data/evidence required for compliance .
- Maintain proper records and evidence for regulatory submissions, audits and inspections .
- Track compliance deadlines, pending information and action items and follow up with respective teams.
- Support the Compliance Manager during DoT/TRAI audits, inspections and regulatory queries .
- Understand and interpret legal and regulatory language and communicate requirements to concerned teams.




- Perform other compliance-related activities assigned by the Compliance Manager

Required Skills:

- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Telecom/ISP or a related field.
- Positive understanding of DoT/TRAI requirements will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data preparation and reporting.
- Ability to understand legal, regulatory and compliance language .
- ISO 27001 knowledge/certification or Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
- Good documentation, coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of compliance data.

What We Are Looking For: A detail-oriented professional with 2–5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Telecom/ISP, or Regulatory Affairs, with knowledge of DoT/TRAI, MS Office, legal/regulatory documentation . ISO 27001/Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
