Job Summary

Rising India School of Excellence is looking for a Community Outreach & Partnerships Associate to develop local relationships, create outreach opportunities, and support lead generation through community and business partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, community outreach, partnerships, relationship management, field sales, or a similar role. Solid communication, networking, and follow-up skills are significant for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with local organisations, businesses, residential communities, activity providers, and other relevant partners.
- Develop and execute community outreach activities to increase school awareness and generate enquiries.
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with local businesses, corporates, residential communities, and service providers.
- Represent the school at community events, networking meetings, exhibitions, and outreach activities.
- Coordinate school presentations, workshops, parent engagement sessions, and partner activities.
- Maintain an updated database of partners, prospects, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Track leads, referrals, follow-ups, and conversions generated through outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support enquiry generation and admissions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective partners.




- Conduct regular follow-ups and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Monitor local market activities and identify opportunities for community engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, partnerships, leads, and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in community outreach, business development, partnerships, relationship management, field sales, or a related role.
- Experience in education, hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, retail, or other customer-facing industries will be an advantage.
