– Community Mobilizer

HireKarma is looking for enthusiastic and community-driven Community Mobilizers to join our team in Cuttack and Rourkela. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving local outreach, building community relationships, and supporting HireKarma's ground-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with local communities, students, and stakeholders on ground.
- Plan and execute awareness campaigns and mobilization drives.
- Build and maintain solid local networks and partnerships.

Represent

HireKarma at community events and outreach activities.

- Coordinate and report progress regularly to the core team.

Requirements

- 1-5 years of experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.




- Fluency in Odia and Hindi; working knowledge of English.
- Prior experience in community outreach, fieldwork, or NGO work preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Ability to work independently in the field.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience organizing local events, campaigns, or working with student/youth groups will be an added advantage.
