- Ability to deliver sessions on motivation and emotional intelligence.

- Expertise in presentation skills, professional grooming, and workplace etiquette.

- Proficient in voice and accent neutralisation and effective communication.

- Good understanding of phonics, pronunciation, accents, and Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) reduction.

- Robust command of the English language, including grammar, pronunciation, spelling, vocabulary, and sentence construction.

- Excellent presentation, feedback, mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital presentation tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions on communication skills, soft skills, personality development, and employability skills.

- Develop and update training content, activities, presentations, and learning resources.

- Conduct GD/PI preparation and placement readiness sessions for students.

- Deliver seminars, workshops, lectures, and individual training sessions in both online and offline/hybrid formats.





- Provide constructive feedback and personalised coaching to help students improve their communication and professional skills.

- Mentor and counsel students on personality development, confidence building, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.

- Incorporate practical activities, role plays, case studies, and real-world examples to ensure effective learning.

- Support students in improving English communication, pronunciation, vocabulary, presentation skills, and professional etiquette.

- Maintain training records, student progress reports, and other academic documentation through the LMS.

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.

- Collaborate with the academic team to support student development and placement initiatives.

- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and other academic activities as required.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in English, Communication, Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field from a recognized institution.

- Relevant certifications in soft skills, communication, personality development, or training will be an added advantage.

- Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, employability skills, or student development is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
