Communication Trainer – MumbaiLocation: Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Communication Trainer to join our Mumbai Centre. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in communication training, with strong expertise in improving students' spoken English, confidence, fluency, and overall communication skills.

The candidate should be experienced in identifying and reducing Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) and helping learners develop clear, confident, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging spoken English and communication skills training sessions.
- Identify and address students' Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) through targeted coaching.
- Train students in pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, voice modulation, and articulation.
- Develop students' presentation, public speaking, interview, and workplace communication skills.
- Assess learners' communication levels and provide constructive, personalized feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and progress reports.
- Conduct interactive activities, role plays, group discussions,



and mock interviews.
- Motivate and mentor students to build confidence and professional communication skills.
- Collaborate with the academic team to achieve learning and employability outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; English or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Communication/Spoken English Trainer.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in MTI correction and pronunciation training.
- Robust presentation, facilitation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience training students for employability, interviews, or corporate communication is an added advantage.

- Ability to motivate and mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
