I’m currently looking for a Commis 1 & 2 to join the kitchen team as we continue to rebuild and structure our operations.
This role is suited for someone with a solid foundation who is ready to take the next step in a disciplined, growth-focused setting.
The ideal candidate should
– Be confident with basic kitchen operations and prep
– Understand the importance of consistency and hygiene
– Be willing to learn and adapt to structured systems
Exposure to European and Middle Eastern cuisine is preferred.
Knowledge of Asian and Mediterranean cuisines will be an added advantage.
We are building a kitchen that values process, attention to detail, and long-term growth.
