Job Title: Commercial Assistant – Fresher

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / MBA – Finance / Diploma or relevant qualification

Job Purpose To support the Commercial team in day-to-day sales administration, order processing, documentation, customer coordination, invoicing, dispatch follow-up, and maintaining accurate commercial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and commercial documents.
- Enter and update customer and order details in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Stores, Production, and Logistics departments.
- Follow up on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Assist in preparing delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents.
- Maintain proper records of sales orders, invoices, dispatches, and customer communications.
- Support the team in invoice verification and payment follow-up.
- Prepare basic MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Handle routine customer queries and coordinate with the concerned internal department.
- Assist senior team members in day-to-day commercial activities.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and proper documentation.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of commercial and accounting concepts.
- Positive numerical and analytical ability.
- Willingness to learn ERP / SAP / INFOR / BAAN systems.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Candidates
- Fresh graduates from B.Com / BBA / MBA – Finance or related disciplines.
- Candidates with internship experience in Commercial, Sales Coordination, Finance, or Administration will be an advantage.
- Candidates with manufacturing / engineering industry exposure will be preferred.
