Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment. Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments. Handle customers professionally and communicate payment-related information clearly. Achieve daily/monthly collection and calling targets.
Requirements: Female candidates preferred. Positive communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with telecalling and customer follow-ups. Basic knowledge of Hindi/English; other languages will be an advantage. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
