Guide team members on customer handling and recovery strategies. Conduct regular field reviews and ensure target achievement. Handle escalations and resolve field-related issues. Maintain daily collection and performance reports. Ensure team follows company policies and collection procedures.
Requirements: Prior experience in Field Collections / Debt Recovery required. Robust leadership and team management skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and problem-solving approach.
