Role Overview

At The Healing Wiz, the Collection Executive will play a key role in ensuring timely recovery of dues,

maintaining accurate records, and supporting the company’s financial discipline while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

 Customer Follow-ups: Regularly contact clients with pending payments via calls, emails,

or digital platforms to ensure timely recovery.

 Payment Negotiation: Engage with customers to negotiate repayment schedules,

ensuring compliance with company policies.

 Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of collections, outstanding accounts, and reconciliations in CRM and Excel trackers.

 Dispute Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Operations) to resolve discrepancies or disputes in billing and collections.

 Compliance Adherence: Ensure all collection activities comply with legal, regulatory,

and company standards, maintaining confidentiality of client data.

 Reporting: Prepare and share weekly/monthly collection reports with management,

highlighting recovery status, risks, and performance metrics.

 Threshold Monitoring: Track sales and collections against defined thresholds to determine incentive eligibility.

 Relationship Management:



Maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage timely payments and reduce default risks.

 Process Improvement: Identify gaps in collection processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

 Escalation Handling: Flag high-risk accounts or chronic defaulters to management for further action.

Required Skills

 Solid communication and negotiation abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

 Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism.

 Self-discipline and accountability in a remote work environment.

 Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

 2–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or related roles.

 Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed collection targets.

 Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
