Job Title: Collection / Recovery Telecaller Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments. Remind customers about pending dues and encourage timely payment. Negotiate payment plans and settlements. Update call logs and payment status in the system. Achieve daily/weekly collection targets. Escalate difficult cases to seniors.
