Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Actimize Production Support Engineer to manage and support critical Actimize applications in a production environment. The role will be responsible for ensuring application availability, incident resolution, performance monitoring, root-cause analysis, and coordination with development and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 production support for NICE Actimize applications and related systems.
- Monitor application health, batch processes, interfaces, jobs, and production workflows.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring and critical production issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Troubleshoot Actimize application components, configurations, integrations, and data-related issues.
- Monitor application logs and identify performance, connectivity, and processing issues.
- Coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, middleware, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Support deployment activities, production releases, patches, configuration changes, and post-deployment validation.
- Perform impact analysis and participate in change management activities.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
- Identify opportunities for application stability, performance, and support-process improvements.
- Participate in incident bridges and provide timely communication to stakeholders during critical production issues.
- Support batch scheduling, job monitoring, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Ensure compliance with production support processes, security standards,



and operational controls.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in application/production support, with strong experience in NICE Actimize.
- Hands-on experience supporting Actimize applications in enterprise production environments.
- Strong understanding of Actimize application architecture, workflows, configurations, and integrations.
- Experience in L2/L3 application support and incident management.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and production issue analysis.
- Valuable understanding of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Experience working with application logs, monitoring tools, batch jobs, and schedulers.
- Knowledge of application deployment and release management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Good understanding of SDLC and production support methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Actimize AML/Fraud solutions.
- Exposure to Actimize SAM, IFM, CDD, AIS, or related modules.
- Experience with middleware, APIs, messaging systems, or enterprise integrations.
- Exposure to performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
- Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or other regulated environments.
