ROLE SUMMARY The Co-Chef / Studio Chef will work closely with the Celebrity Chef and is responsible not only for cooking support but also for complete studio kitchen management, YouTube &

Reel shoot execu¢on, and strict prop & inventory control.

This is a high-responsibility role involving food, content, studio assets, and brand conden¢ality.

A. CULINARY & KITCHEN RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Celebrity Chef in daily cooking, prep, and execu¢on

Prepare dishes exactly as per Chefs recipe and standards

Ensure taste consistency, pla¢ng accuracy, and hygiene

Handle mise-en-place, prep, and nal execu¢on

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen discipline

Support recipe trials, tes¢ng, and shoot dishes

B. YOUTUBE, REELS & CONTENT SHOOT RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist during YouTube long-format videos & Instagram Reels

Prepare all ingredients pre-measured, pre-cut, and camera-ready

Maintain visual consistency across mul¢ple takes

Support hero shots, thumbnail pla¢ng, and food styling

Keep backup ingredients ready for re-shoots

Maintain clean, aesthe¢c worktop for close-up shots

Coordinate with videographers, produc¢on & content teams

Maintain conden¢ality of unreleased content & recipes.

C. STUDIO KITCHEN OWNERSHIP (END-TO-END)
